So really enjoying this now up to where they have the gun fight in town with the other survivors and poor old Sophie.  She was in the barn all the time! 

Alfie got dressed up for Halloween at school on Friday as a Zombie i had nothing to do with it.

I am a little confused maybe you can help.

I don't know if i missed something or it will become clear later.  When they go to drop Randall off they find those two policemen walkers but they didn't have any bites but they did have scratches ok i get that.

Then Shane broke Randall's neck and within a couple of hours he comes back as a walker and attacks Darrel and Glen.  Then Ric kills Shane and he comes back almost instantly but neither of them where bitten?

Whats going on?

Sounds like you have missed the explanation there - they do explain it at some point in series 2. Given you have seen Shane killed I gather you have finished series 2 - so shall I tell you...?

Watched the first two of season 3 last night very good but poor old Hersei, Rick didn't do a very good job did he.

Yup! I thought they did. They are all infected with "Zombie-itus". You will like S3. That was my favorite so far.
