O and Greg - didn't know if you wanted it or not, but I can add the full map to your character if you want. It makes things much easier for trading characters, since all bases, holes, lanes, systems and prices are there for you straight away.

If you want it, let me know... I added 5 million to you and Captain Gout last night so you have enough for the "Plow" (Armored Transport) so you can get trading proper

I also did some cleaning up and removed some of the ancient characters that were on the list.

Lastly, I removed all "illegal" cloaking devices from myself and Maximus' ships. Our gunboats still have a legal MkII installed though.

Yea the map would be good. I imagine that if one were to embark on a career of space trading, you would think that a map of the area would fairly essential.

Cpt Gout did get back to me but I think he is busy.

I might be able to join you for a bit tomorrow if you are going to do a bit of trading.

I will indeed. I will meet you at Planet Kyushu (one system away from where you are) and we can run the rice back to Erie. Once there, I will take you to California Minor (a system or two away) to get your "Plow". How's that for some forward planning?

I might give mining a go never done that before could be good.  I am sorry but if i am going to do any trading i will just be using my tanker.  After 150 hours of trading i just can't go back to a small transport.

What no more cloaked battleships thats just not fair   So have you made all the cloaks default as in they take ages to activate and burn fuel when they are on?  I propose a compramise leave they burning fuel just can we have a fast activation please?

You really need a mining ship for this - you get a special mining laser that a) Gives you more materials when used; and b) Cuts through materials that normal weapons can't.

Yeah, back to normality now, after our spat of going nuts. I may shorten the time it takes to activate cloak, but fuel consumption is staying as it is, otherwise it get's too easy.

Jump drives and cargo bays are exactly how they always have been. I think these are of more use than cloaks anyway.

Yes i realise i would need to get a mining ship and kit it out for mining.

Reading those reviews you may be able to make decent money mining as long as you mine the right thing

Pretty much, I was really surprised that I could actually get on here at all.

It is really annoying that the only real blocks are eBay and games, the two things with I like to look at.

Yay got it working last night

Moved my Liberty Dreadnought up to French territory and i am friendly with them which is nice.

So when are we all gona play this?

So I take it you are going to trade in the Dreadnought the French Cruiser then?

I posted in their forums about getting our server back up on the global list, but I don't expect it to be any time soon, since the place looks deserted. There are some guys that have been waiting since June to get listed and they still aren't.

Regardless, we still have it working for us, even if other randoms cannee see it yet.

Yes i am going for the French Cruiser it is the Megan revamped which was always good were as the Liberty Battlecruiser handles like a dog.

I might explore French land a bit more i never did fully.

Actually, it handles quite a lot better than the French Battleship - and roughly the same as most Battlecruisers. In comparison it handles really well for a ship of its size I think.
