Anyone interested may want to check out my last post on the Virgin forum. Upshot is I cancelled my contract with them and went with Plusnet. Gotta just make it through the month with crappy Virgin now.

It is amasing the amount of tosh I had to through just to get an answer... and it was the answer I had assumed all this time, Virgin obviously did not want to admit it.

I just feel sorry for anyone signing up to them and not knowing the hell they will have to go through.

Yes i will be moving to a different ISP when i move but will have to make do with Virgin till then

Not sure i might go with Sky but only if they do me  package deal haven't really looked into it yet.

No i don't have a moving date yet probably wouldn't have for a couple of weeks yet.

Cool. FYI, Sky seem a lot more expensive than PlusNet and don't offer a better speed / service from what I have seen.

I may have to call on your services soon for the shed build, if you don't mind
