I just updated the Ship Loadout Spreadsheet to include secondary weapons in ship construction and tidied it up a bit.

Did some transferring of money and equipment is all. I managed to get about 40 combat missions done - meaning I am now a Lieutenant. Other than that, not much.

How is she?

MIL rank of Commander (150 points) unlocks all mil ships!

There ya go then - 150 mission! I got a long way to go!

So far it doesn't unlock much - my Legacy Civy frame is still miles better than any Military one I can buy yet.

Indeed. I will hopefully be on tonight if you fancy grouping up for some combat missions.

I found the stealth ones and the "find the item" ones are good, quick ones to get your rank up fast. Problem is, they are not always available.


Oooo - and Jimbob's tip of the day:

Use the "N" key to swap between primary weapons (saving weapon energy). For example, when first engaging an enemy, use just your beam weapon (shield buster), then, when the shields are low enough, switch to particle and hammer them with that. It seems to conserve energy much more effectively.

All missions in a warzone is counted towards mil rank, even delivery contracts!

Also, a 5 wp contract will give you, and all joined pilots, 5 points!
